WorldStage inc

I worked in the Research & Development department and the Lighting department during my internship with WorldStage. In R&D I worked on VectorWorks drafting and preparing drawings for projection mapping, but I also worked with the jib and β€œthe cube.” I learned how what we see on screens can be different than what is actually in a real-life studio space. In the Lighting department, I worked on administrative tasks. I was left in charge of planning for the NEXT Demo, shown in the video above. I organized this event and worked on a number of the displays.. The day of the event, I helped with guest check-in, and I also got to take a look around and see how it all came together. I think fondly of my time with WorldStage and think I gained a better understanding of project manager jobs, and learned how shops work to put together lighting packages.
